Tartufo Italian Restautant in Newton was founded by Anna Mountzuris. Anna explains, “the concept for the restaurant entails an enticing assortment of organic meats, fish, vegetables, freshly baked bread and desserts, all prepared in the Authentic Italian tradition”.

Family style restaurant, food is great I've been there few times years ago and the quality is always there. Food is tasty everything is fresh and service is nice they care about their customers and this is why we come back. Try the cannelloni for dessert amazing before a glace of limoncello

Had a wonderful home delivery dinner from Tartufo. We sampled four different pasta dishes and all were expertly prepared, delicious, and arrived in excellent condition (the rolls were still warm). The desserts (Cannolis) were delicious too. Highly recommend.

We had a great night at Tartufo! We are local and always very curios to taste their food. It was my birthday and we went with my family there. We did not have a reservation but they accommodate us and gave us a great treat! The food was great. It was like a nice family restaurant in Italy. Pasta was great, even for a my wife that is Italian! Thank you Tartufo for a wonderful night, and for the cake and candle you send to the table without even asking!

Fantastic food. Every dish was incredible. Our table shared 2 apps and 8 entrees. Everything was phenomenal. The duck and the bolognese were especially good. The waiters were attentive and friendly. The management love what they do and deliver an authentic italian experience. On a personal note I appreciated that their whiskey list was primarily scotch and good ones at that.
